Contract Type: Temporary, per-hire basis
Compensation: ₹30,000 per successful hire (50% on joining, 50% after the candidate completes 60 days)

We're looking for an experienced recruiter on a temporary contract to hire SEO Executives for our remote team.

Responsibilities

- Source SEO candidates through your own channels and network
- Screen candidates for real, verifiable SEO experience
- Conduct initial interviews and filter out unqualified applicants
- Schedule final-round interviews with the hiring manager
- Coordinate offer letters and onboarding for selected candidates

Requirements

- Proven experience hiring SEO or digital marketing professionals. Freshers and general recruiters without SEO hiring experience will not be considered.
- Ability to evaluate SEO skills and spot fake or inflated experience
- Your own sourcing network and methods. We do not provide any recruitment tools, paid or free.

Terms





- Payment only for successful hires, no upfront or fixed fee
- If a hire leaves or is let go within 60 days, a free replacement must be provided
