Simplified Academy is looking for a skilled and passionate BIM Trainer to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM), practical experience with BIM software, and the ability to train students and working professionals through live online sessions.

The candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training, explaining technical concepts, guiding students through practical projects, and helping learners develop industry-ready BIM skills for the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct live online training sessions for students enrolled in our BIM Professional Program.
- Teach Building Information Modeling (BIM) concepts, software tools, and industry-standard workflows.
- Provide hands-on training in Autodesk Revit and other relevant BIM software.
- Explain architectural, structural, and MEP modeling concepts based on expertise.
- Guide students through practical assignments, projects, and real-world construction scenarios.
- Resolve students' technical doubts and provide individual guidance when required.
- Prepare training materials, presentations, exercises, and project-based learning activities.
- Demonstrate BIM modeling, documentation, coordination, and project workflows.
- Help students understand industry practices and develop practical software skills.
- Coordinate with the academic team to maintain training quality and improve the learning experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture,



or a related field.
- Good knowledge of BIM concepts and construction industry workflows.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit is preferred.
- Understanding of architectural, structural, or MEP modeling.
- Strong communication, presentation, and teaching skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a straightforward and practical manner.
- Confidence in conducting live online classes and engaging with students.
- A positive attitude toward teaching, mentoring, and continuous learning.

Preferred Qualifications

- 1–3 years of experience as a BIM Trainer, BIM Engineer, BIM Modeler, or BIM Coordinator.
- Experience working on real-world BIM projects.
- Knowledge of Navisworks, AutoCAD, clash detection, and BIM coordination workflows.
- Previous experience in technical training or student mentoring.
- Familiarity with international BIM standards and industry practices.
