Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in recruitment and a strong understanding of sourcing, interviewing, and hiring processes. The HR Recruiter will play a key role in attracting and hiring top talent to fill various positions within the company.

Responsibilities:

- Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify and attract qualified candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive outreach and networking events.
- Collaborate with HR team members to streamline processes and improve recruitment efficiency.




- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of successfully filling various positions across different departments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- SHRM or HR certification is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
