We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, coordinating interview schedules, and ensuring a smooth hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand job requirements and hiring needs from the hiring managers.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls and assess candidates' skills, experience, and suitability.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Negotiate salary expectations and discuss job offers with selected candidates.
- Coordinate the offer rollout and joining formalities.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future vacancies.
- Achieve recruitment targets within the defined timelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of recruitment and selection processes.
- Familiarity with job portals and candidate sourcing techniques.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple job openings simultaneously.
- Positive negotiation, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, email, and recruitment tracking tools.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition is preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and an interest in HR may also apply.
