Job Description – Field Sales Representative (FSR) Intern

Roles & Responsibilities

- Conduct daily retail market visits to introduce DUDE beverages, pitch products, and generate sales orders.
- Identify and onboard current retail outlets, college canteens, and school canteens.
- Build relationships with shopkeepers to encourage product placement and repeat orders.
- Assist distributors in monitoring stock-in, stock-out, and product availability.
- Support primary and secondary sales activities to achieve assigned targets.
- Ensure proper product visibility, merchandising, and promotional execution.
- Collect retailer feedback, monitor competitor activities,



and identify market opportunities.
- Maintain daily sales reports and outlet visit records.

Requirements

- Undergraduate students, graduates, or freshers.
- Good communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and willing to travel locally.
- Interest in FMCG sales, marketing, and business development.

Objective: Gain hands-on FMCG sales experience while expanding DUDE's retail presence and distribution network.

Pay: ₹8,100.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
