Pings Café Orient is looking for a dedicated and experienced Commi I to join our kitchen team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting the CDP/DCDP in food preparation and cooking, handling the assigned kitchen section, maintaining proper mise en place, following standard recipes and portion controls, ensuring food quality and presentation, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen. The candidate should have good basic knowledge of kitchen operations and Asian/Chinese/Thai cuisine, be a strong team player, and be comfortable working in a rapid-paced restaurant environment.
