Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and professional Senior FNB manager must have Banquet Experience oversee the overall operations of the hotel, ensure excellent guest satisfaction, manage staff, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have solid leadership, operational management, and customer service skills, along with a good understanding of hotel administration and revenue management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Kitchen, and Guest Relations.
- Supervise department heads and ensure smooth coordination between all departments.
- Maintain high standards of guest service, hygiene, cleanliness, and hospitality.
- Handle guest complaints and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Manage staff recruitment, training, scheduling, performance, and discipline.
- Monitor hotel revenue, occupancy rates, operating costs, and profitability.
- Develop strategies to increase bookings, improve guest experiences, and generate repeat business.
- Oversee budgeting, inventory management, purchasing, and cost control.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety standards, and applicable government regulations.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers,



travel agents, and corporate clients.
- Prepare operational reports and regularly update management on hotel performance.
- Implement procedures to improve operational efficiency and service quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in the hotel or hospitality industry, preferably in a senior management role.
- Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of hotel operations, revenue management, budgeting, and cost control.
- Ability to manage multiple departments and handle challenging situations.
- Customer-focused attitude with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office is preferred.
