​Job Overview:

​We are seeking detail-oriented and organized Finance Executives (2 positions) to handle daily financial transactions, accounting records, vendor payouts, and basic compliance reporting. Freshers with a solid foundation in finance/accounting principles as well as candidates with up to 3 years of experience are encouraged to apply.

​Key Responsibilities:

​Daily Accounting & Billing: Maintain accurate books of accounts, prepare day-to-day vouchers, record receipts/payments, and generate sales invoices or billing statements.

​Cash & Bank Operations: Handle cash collection register, daily petty cash management, and perform regular bank reconciliations (BRS).

​Vendor & Customer Ledger Management: Track accounts payable (A/P) and accounts receivable (A/R), ensure timely vendor disbursements, and follow up on client payments.

​Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, trial balances,



and profitability reports for management.

​Taxation & Compliance Support: Assist in compiling documentation and schedules for GST filings, TDS deductions, statutory audits, and other regulatory compliances.

​Documentation & Data Maintenance: Organize and securely archive all financial documents, bills, receipts, contracts, and tax records for quick audit retrieval.

​Key Requirements & Qualifications:

​Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, Accounting, or BBA/MBA (Finance).

​Experience: 0 to 3 years in accounts, finance, or audit operations.

​Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally Prime, Zoho Books, or ERP systems) and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).

​Core Competencies: Strong analytical capabilities, numerical accuracy, integrity, and clear communication skills.

Pay: From ₹14,000.00 per month
