About the Role
Aivida is looking for an energetic and target-oriented Medical Sales Executive to promote and sell medicines, pharmacy products, and medical devices while building strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, pharmacies, and patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell medicines, pharmacy products, and medical devices.
- Meet doctors, hospitals, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals to promote products.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments with doctors and patients.
- Visit hospitals and coordinate with patients whenever required.
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors, hospitals, and pharmacies.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential customers.
- Follow up with existing and prospective customers.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Maintain regular reports of customer visits, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Stay updated on healthcare products, market trends, and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Medical Sales Representative.
- Any relevant educational qualification in medical, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or sales-related fields.
- Strong communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Confident, energetic, and professional personality.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel for hospital, doctor, and customer visits.
- Strong sales orientation and target-focused approach.
- Genuine interest in healthcare and medical sales.
