Job Title: Pega Trainer – Pega PRPC, BPM & Application DevelopmentJob Summary

We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Pega Trainer to deliver high-quality training to students, freshers, working professionals, and corporate teams. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Pega Platform, Pega application development, business process management (BPM), case management, and workflow automation.

The trainer should be able to explain Pega concepts through practical demonstrations, real-time project scenarios, hands-on exercises, and industry-oriented assignments.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver comprehensive training on Pega Platform and Pega application development.
- Explain Pega architecture, application structure, rules, rulesets, and rule resolution.
- Train participants on case management, case life cycle, stages, processes, and steps.
- Cover data modeling, data pages, data transforms, data types, and data relationships.
- Provide hands-on training on UI development, sections, harnesses, views, and portals.
- Explain decision rules, declare expressions, activities, data transforms, and validations.
- Train participants on business process management, workflow design, and automation.
- Cover integrations using REST and SOAP services, where applicable.
- Explain reporting, debugging, performance optimization, and troubleshooting.
- Demonstrate application deployment, version management, and development best practices.
- Introduce Pega Customer Decision Hub and decisioning concepts, if relevant to the training requirements.
- Prepare training materials, presentations, assignments, and hands-on lab exercises.
- Guide trainees through real-time projects, business use cases, and interview preparation.
- Evaluate trainee progress and provide feedback.
- Keep training content aligned with current Pega Platform features and industry practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications





- Strong hands-on knowledge of Pega Platform and Pega application development.
- Good understanding of case management, workflow automation, and BPM concepts.
- Experience with Pega rules, rulesets, data pages, data transforms, and decision rules.
- Knowledge of UI development, data modeling, and application configuration.
- Understanding of REST/SOAP integrations and application troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with debugging, performance tuning, and deployment processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and practical manner.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience as a Pega Developer, Pega System Architect, Senior System Architect, or Pega Trainer.
- Experience delivering Pega System Architect or Senior System Architect training.
- Real-time experience in Pega implementation, development, or support projects.
- Pega certifications, such as Certified Pega System Architect (CSA) or Certified Pega Senior System Architect (CSSA), are preferred.
- Experience training freshers, working professionals, or corporate teams.
- Ability to deliver online training, classroom sessions, or corporate training.
- Strong practical knowledge of Pega application development and real-world business scenarios.
