We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive with 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the plastic industry, packaging, PET bottles, or related products. The candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing existing clients, generating sales leads, and achieving sales targets for plastic water bottles.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new B2B customers, distributors, wholesalers, and corporate clients.
- Generate leads and acquire customers from industries such as packaged drinking water, beverages, FMCG, hospitality, and food processing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand customer requirements regarding bottle sizes, shapes, materials, quality, pricing, and packaging.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales orders.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with production, dispatch,



and logistics teams to ensure timely order delivery.
- Follow up on customer payments, outstanding dues, and repeat orders.
- Maintain customer databases, sales reports, and regular sales pipeline updates.
- Visit clients and attend business meetings as required.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Graduate in any discipline; a business or marketing qualification is preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the plastic, packaging, PET bottle, or related manufacturing industry.
- Experience in customer acquisition, lead generation, negotiation, and client relationship management.
- Positive communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel for client visits and business development.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
