Role
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own product capabilities across RippleHire’s AI Agent platform, enterprise configuration and customer readiness.
This is a hands-on product role. You will own features end-to-end—from customer problems and product definition through engineering, launch and adoption—while ensuring that what we build can be easily configured, deployed and reused across enterprise customers.
A key part of the role is turning customer-specific requirements into scalable product capabilities rather than repeated custom engineering.
Responsibilities
- Own product features from problem discovery and requirements through development, launch and adoption.
- Work with customers and internal teams to understand product and configuration requirements.
- Define user journeys, requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with Engineering,
UX and QA to deliver high-quality features.
- Identify where customer-specific requirements can become reusable configuration or platform capabilities.
- Ensure recent features are practical and ready for customers to use.
- Use customer and implementation feedback to continuously improve the product.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience in Product Management for B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
- Working knowledge of AI / Generative AI / AI AgentsProven experience delivering product features end-to-end.
- Comfortable working closely with engineering teams.
- Experience with configurable products, workflows, platforms, APIs or integrations.
- Strong problem-solving and product judgment.
- Experience in HRTech / ATS is a plus
- Good communication skills and ability to work with customers and cross-functional teams.
