About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic ORM Intern to manage online reviews, customer feedback, marketplace ratings, and brand reputation across e-commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor customer reviews, ratings, and feedback.
- Respond to customer queries and reviews.
- Handle and escalate negative feedback.
- Track customer sentiment and maintain reports.
- Coordinate with marketing and customer support teams.
Requirements:
- Freshers are welcome; 0–2 years of experience.
- Valuable communication and analytical skills.
- Basic Excel and knowledge of digital platforms.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Compensation: ₹5,000–₹50,000 per month, depending on role, skills, and performance structure.
- Are you comfortable communicating with customers professionally through online platforms?
- Do you have basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets?
- Are you available to dedicate 3–4 hours per day for a 3–6 month internship?
