Position: Orthodontist & Clinic Manager

Department: Clinical Operations

Qualification: MDS in Orthodontics

Location: As per clinic requirement

Key Responsibilities

1. Clinical Responsibilities

- Perform orthodontic consultations and treatment planning.

- Check and manage daily OP (outpatient consultations).

- Perform general dentistry procedures within their competence.

- Examine patients and recommend appropriate treatments.

- Coordinate with specialists for advanced dental procedures.

- Ensure quality patient care and clinical protocols.

2. Patient Conversions

- Explain treatment plans, procedures, and costs to patients.

- Improve treatment acceptance and case conversions.

- Follow up with patients who have not started their recommended treatments.

- Coordinate with the front office and counselling team.

- Monitor consultation-to-treatment conversion rates.

3. Clinic Management

- Manage the clinic's day-to-day operations.

- Monitor appointments, patient flow, and doctor schedules.

- Coordinate with clinic staff and ensure smooth operations.





- Monitor daily collections and treatment targets.

- Review pending treatments and non-converted cases.

- Maintain patient records and ensure proper documentation.

4. Reporting & Performance

- Monitor daily OP, consultations, and treatment conversions.

- Track branch revenue and monthly targets.

- Submit daily operational reports to management.

- Identify opportunities to improve patient experience and clinic performance.

Preferred Candidate

- Strong clinical knowledge and communication skills.

- Experience in orthodontics and general dentistry.

- Proven ability to manage clinic operations.

- Positive patient counselling and treatment-conversion skills.

- Leadership skills and the ability to achieve business targets.

Role Expectation: The candidate must be comfortable balancing clinical responsibilities, patient conversions, and clinic management.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
