About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Principal to lead the establishment and growth of our recent school. The Principal will oversee school readiness, admissions, staff recruitment and academic planning, while building a strong foundation for teaching and learning.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

- Lead the planning and implementation of academic programmes, school policies and administrative systems.
- Drive student admissions through effective parent engagement, school outreach and admission processes.
- Recruit, appoint and mentor qualified teaching and non-teaching staff in line with the school’s requirements.
- Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to build awareness and support enrolment.




- Coordinate with management and the project team to monitor construction progress and ensure campus readiness for the school’s opening.
- Oversee the preparation of classrooms, learning resources and essential facilities.
- Establish a school culture that prioritises student safety, well-being, discipline and holistic development.
- Build positive relationships with parents, staff and the wider community.

Desired Qualifications and Skills

- A postgraduate degree with a B.Ed. or an equivalent teaching qualification.
- Relevant experience in school leadership and administration; experience in establishing a new school is preferred.
- Strong communication, team management, organisational and decision-making skills.
- Experience in admissions, staff recruitment and academic planning.
- A commitment to child-centred education and continuous school improvement.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
