Inside Sales Executive – IT Services

Job Description

We are looking for an Inside Sales Executive – IT Services to connect with potential business clients remotely, understand their requirements, generate sales opportunities, and convert interested prospects into customers for our IT and digital services.

The role focuses on phone-based sales, online client meetings, outbound prospecting, lead qualification, follow-ups, and customer acquisition for services such as website development, digital marketing, SEO, Google Ads, social media marketing, and other IT solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

- Identify and connect with potential business clients who may require IT or digital services
- Generate sales opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, referrals, and other approved channels
- Contact decision-makers such as Founders, CEOs, Business Owners, Directors, and Marketing Heads through phone calls and online communication
- Research prospective companies to understand their business, industry, online presence, and potential service requirements
- Conduct initial sales conversations to understand client goals, challenges, project needs, and expectations
- Introduce relevant IT and digital services and explain their business benefits based on client requirements
- Qualify prospects based on their needs, interest, budget, decision-making process, and potential to become customers
- Schedule and conduct online meetings, consultation calls, and service presentations with prospective clients
- Prepare and discuss service proposals, quotations, packages, and commercial terms in coordination with relevant teams
- Follow up with interested prospects, answer questions, handle objections, and guide clients through the sales process
- Maintain regular communication with prospects to develop relationships and move opportunities toward closure
- Coordinate with Lead Generation, Business Development,



and service delivery teams to ensure accurate information and smooth client handovers
- Maintain accurate records of calls, prospect details, client requirements, follow-ups, proposals, and sales progress in CRM software or spreadsheets
- Work toward defined daily outreach targets, qualified lead targets, meeting goals, and sales revenue objectives

Experience

Experience in inside sales, telesales, outbound sales, B2B sales, IT services sales, or digital marketing sales is preferred. Candidates should be comfortable communicating with business clients remotely, understanding their requirements, presenting services, managing follow-ups, and generating sales opportunities.

- Candidates experienced in cold calling, appointment setting, online presentations, follow-ups, and objection handling
- Candidates comfortable working with CRM systems, sales pipelines, and daily sales targets
- Candidates with experience selling website development, digital marketing, SEO, Google Ads, software, or other IT services will be preferred
- Candidates with experience in digital marketing agencies, IT companies, or B2B service businesses will have an advantage

Candidates should have strong verbal communication, listening, persuasion, and follow-up skills, along with a proactive approach to remote client acquisition and converting business prospects into customers.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
