- Operations Management: 1. Direct daily cleaning and turnover of guest rooms, luxury villas, public lobbies, pools, and recreational areas 2. Enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to meet luxury brand or resort quality benchmarks.
- Staff Leadership & Training: 1. Hire, onboard, train, schedule, and evaluate housekeeping and laundry personnel 2.Conduct daily team briefings to review VIP arrivals, occupancy peaks, and cleanliness targets.
- Quality Control & Inspections: 1. Perform routine visual and physical inspections of rooms and common areas to check for cleanliness, maintenance needs, odors, or pests.
- Budget & Inventory Control: 1. Manage department operational budgets, labor costs, and expense tracking. 2. Monitor and reorder cleaning chemicals, guest amenities, linens, and uniforms.
- Cross-Departmental Coordination: 1. Partner closely with Engineering/Maintenance for room repairs, Front Office for real-time room status updates, and Food & Beverage for event/banquet cleanup.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
