Job Description

We are looking for an experienced, organised and responsible Warehouse Supervisor / Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory management, stock movement, dispatch coordination and warehouse staff. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of warehouse management, inventory control, stock verification and logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage day-to-day warehouse operations.
- Oversee the receiving, unloading, checking, storage, packing and dispatch of goods.
- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing stock.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock management.
- Conduct regular stock verification and physical inventory checks.
- Coordinate with suppliers, transporters and delivery personnel for timely movement of goods.
- Ensure proper storage, labelling, stacking and organisation of warehouse materials.
- Supervise warehouse staff, assign daily tasks and monitor work performance.
- Maintain inward and outward registers, stock reports and dispatch records.
- Handle order processing, packing, loading and dispatch activities.
- Identify and resolve stock shortages, excess inventory, damaged goods and discrepancies.
- Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of orders.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety and security standards.
- Implement FIFO (First In, First Out)



inventory management wherever applicable.
- Coordinate with the accounts and purchase departments for stock reconciliation.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly warehouse and inventory reports.
- Monitor warehouse productivity and improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure proper handling of goods to minimise damage and losses.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management or logistics.
- Positive knowledge of inventory control, stock management and dispatch operations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, inventory management software and basic computer operations.
- Knowledge of ERP / Tally software will be an added advantage.
- Strong leadership, team management and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage warehouse staff and coordinate multiple activities.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in stock records.

Preferred Candidate

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor / Manager who can independently handle warehouse operations, manage inventory, supervise staff and ensure smooth and timely dispatch of goods.

Candidates with hands-on experience in warehouse management, stock control, logistics coordination and team supervision will be preferred.
