Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive with 3–4 years of experience in the hotel industry. The candidate should have hands-on experience in Tally, GST, TDS, and day-to-day accounting activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily accounting transactions and financial records using Tally.
- Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare and maintain sales, purchase, payment, and receipt vouchers.
- Manage GST calculations, returns, reconciliations, and related documentation.
- Handle TDS calculations, deductions, and compliance requirements.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
- Assist with monthly closing, financial statements, and expense reports.
- Maintain hotel-related revenue, expense, and vendor records.
- Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and internal departments for accounting-related activities.




- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and statutory requirements.

Required Skills

- Good working knowledge of Tally.
- Strong knowledge of GST and TDS.
- Practical experience in day-to-day accounting and financial documentation.
- Positive numerical, analytical, and reconciliation skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.

Eligibility Criteria

- Must be a Commerce Graduate (B.Com or equivalent).
- Must have 3–4 years of relevant experience in the hotel industry.
- Must have hands-on experience in Tally, GST, and TDS.
- Must be willing to work at Coimbatore.

Preferred Candidate: A candidate with prior experience handling hotel accounts, hospitality revenue, vendor payments, and statutory compliance.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
