Your work profile

As a Zoho Finance Solutions Consultant, I specialize in designing, implementing, and optimizing Zoho Books and Zoho Expense solutions to streamline financial operations, automate business processes, and improve compliance. I collaborate with business stakeholders, finance teams, and technical resources to deliver scalable, integrated, and user-friendly solutions that enhance operational efficiency and decision-making.

- Lead end-to-end implementation and configuration of Zoho Books and Zoho Expense solutions.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solution designs.
- Configure accounting processes including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Banking, Taxation, Invoicing, Inventory, and Financial Reporting.
- Design and implement expense management processes, reimbursement workflows, travel and expense policies,



and corporate card reconciliation.
- Develop custom workflows, business rules, and process automation using Deluge scripting and Zoho Flow.
- Integrate Zoho applications with CRM, ERP, HRMS, payroll systems, banking platforms, and third-party applications using REST APIs and web services.
- Perform data migration, validation, reconciliation, and master data setup from legacy systems.
- Create management dashboards, financial reports, and KPI-driven analytics using Zoho Analytics.
- Conduct solution demonstrations, user training, UAT support, and post-go-live stabilization activities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance financial controls, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency.
