Key Responsibilities

- Handle and convert company-generated leads into confirmed interior design projects.
- Connect with prospective clients, understand their business requirements, budgets, and project expectations.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings, site visits, and business presentations.
- Coordinate with the design and estimation teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
- Follow up consistently with prospective clients to move opportunities through the sales pipeline and achieve closures.
- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and project scope to maximise conversions while maintaining profitability.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, architects, builders, real estate developers, and other business stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate lead records, client interactions, follow-ups, and sales forecasts.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue objectives.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth handover of confirmed projects for execution.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing,



Interior Design, or a related field.
- 4–8 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in commercial interiors, turnkey projects, interior fit-outs, or related industries.
- Proven ability to convert qualified leads into business and close high-value deals.
- Solid client management, presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Understanding of interior design solutions, project quotations, and commercial proposals is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple leads, follow-ups, and sales opportunities simultaneously.
- Target-oriented approach with strong commercial acumen and relationship-building skills.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
