- Manage daily hub operations, including sorting, scanning, loading, unloading, and parcel movement.
- Lead and supervise Ground Coordinators, Field Executives, and other operational staff.
- Ensure daily operational targets and productivity are achieved.
- Monitor employee attendance, shift schedules, and manpower availability.
- Coordinate with the Operations Manager to ensure smooth hub operations.
- Track shipment movement and ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
- Handle employee grievances and resolve operational issues.
- Ensure employees follow safety guidelines, including wearing safety vests, ID cards, and safety shoes.
- Prepare daily MIS reports and share operational updates with management.
- Maintain discipline, productivity, and compliance with company policies

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
