Bhoomicare Foundation is a non-profit organization working towards environmental protection, forest restoration, wildlife conservation, and the empowerment of persons with disabilities and underprivileged communities. We collaborate with corporate organizations, CSR teams, and other stakeholders to implement impactful social and environmental projects.

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented CSR Partnership & Fundraising Executive to connect with corporate CSR teams through LinkedIn, email, and other professional networking channels. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential CSR partners, initiating conversations, scheduling meetings, following up with corporate representatives, understanding their CSR priorities, and developing collaboration opportunities to raise funds for Bhoomicare Foundation's projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and connect with corporate CSR heads, CSR managers, HR teams, corporate foundations, and decision-makers through LinkedIn and email.
- Research companies and understand their CSR policies, focus areas, and funding priorities.
- Prepare and send professional introductory emails, project proposals, NGO profiles, and other relevant documents.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with corporate representatives to generate leads and secure meetings.
- Schedule meetings with potential CSR partners to present the organization's projects and initiatives.
- Understand corporate CSR requirements and identify suitable projects for collaboration and partnership.




- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate donors, CSR teams, foundations, and other funding partners.
- Support fundraising activities for environmental protection, wildlife conservation, tree plantation, water conservation, disability support, education, health, and community welfare projects.
- Maintain an updated database of corporate contacts, leads, follow-ups, meeting schedules, and partnership progress.
- Coordinate with the internal team to prepare customized proposals, budgets, presentations, and project reports.
- Track leads from initial outreach through meetings, proposal submissions, and funding commitments.
- Work towards achieving monthly targets for corporate outreach, qualified leads, meetings, proposals, and fundraising.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Positive verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, email communication, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Strong follow-up, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to research companies and identify potential CSR funding opportunities.
- Good presentation, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to work towards fundraising goals.
- Prior experience in CSR, fundraising, business development, telecalling, or NGO partnerships is an advantage.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Performance will be evaluated based on:

- Number of relevant corporate CSR contacts identified.
- Number of LinkedIn connections and professional emails initiated.
- Number of qualified CSR leads generated.
- Number of follow-ups completed on time.
- Number of corporate meetings scheduled and conducted.
- Number of project proposals submitted.
- Number of CSR collaborations and partnerships developed.
- Fundraising contributions and funding commitments secured.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
