- Candidate must have MBA/MHA degree
- Must have 3+ years of experience
- Supervise daily operations including OPD, IPD, diagnostics, OT scheduling, and patient services
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and front office to ensure seamless patient experience
- Monitor appointment scheduling, billing processes, and waiting times
- Oversee inventory and procurement of medical and non-medical supplies
- Implement and monitor hospital SOPs and ensure compliance with NABH or other regulatory standards
- Address and resolve patient feedback or service issues promptly
- Prepare operational reports, analyze trends, and suggest improvements
- Supervise housekeeping teams to ensure smooth functioning of hospital services
- Counselling of patients
- Handling TPA Department and other Govt. Panels.
- Supervise Floor Management
- Should have knowledge of NABH Guidelines
