Hiring 6 Pre-Sales Associates | Work From Home

WayvTix is looking for 6 motivated candidates who are ready to learn, communicate with customers and grow with us.

Role Details

- Position: Pre-Sales Associate
- Openings: 6
- Work Mode: Work From Home

- Reporting To: Sales Manager
- Initial Period: 3 Months of Training & Probation

What Will You Do?

- Call potential customers using leads provided by WayvTix.
- Introduce WayvTix and explain our relevant services.
- Follow up with interested prospects.
- Understand basic customer requirements.
- Schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain lead records and report progress to the Sales Manager.
- Learn SaaS sales, customer communication and pre-sales processes.

You will not be responsible for finding your own leads, conducting sales meetings or independently closing deals. Your primary responsibility is to connect with potential customers and book qualified meetings.

First 3 Months: Training & Probation

- No initial sales targets.
- Training and practical experience in SaaS pre-sales.
- 10% incentive on successfully closed deals attributed to your efforts, subject to the company's incentive policy.
- Guidance and support from the Sales Manager.

Please note: The initial three-month training and probation period is unpaid, with incentives as described above.

After 3 Months: Full-Time Opportunity

Out of the initial 6 candidates, 3 candidates will be selected for full-time employment based on performance, learning ability, communication, consistency and overall suitability.

Selected candidates will receive:

- Fixed CTC (3.6 to 4.8 LPA)



+ incentive structure
- Sales targets assigned by the Sales Manager based on the role and salary structure
- Company-provided assets after successful completion of probation and joining formalities

Office Visits

This is a work-from-home role. However, candidates must be available to visit our Udaipur headquarters approximately 2–3 times per month for progress reviews, discussions and team coordination.
