Key responsibilities
- Store Operations: Manage daily store activities and ensure every customer order moves smoothly from pickup to the processing centre, back to the store, and final delivery.
- Timely Pickup and Delivery: Coordinate with pickup and delivery riders and the processing centre to complete every order within the promised timeline (TAT). Track pending orders and follow up on delays.
- Order Quality and Records: Ensure items are counted, tagged, tracked and packed correctly. Keep customer details, orders and payments updated, and report missing or damaged items immediately.
- Team Management: Supervise pickup/delivery riders, washermen,
pressmen and packing staff..
- Customer Service: Handle customer questions and complaints politely, share updates on delays, and coordinate quick resolution while ensuring customers’ items are handled carefully.
- Franchise Partner and Business Growth: Work closely with the franchise partner and manager. Support local promotions, connect with nearby societies and businesses, encourage repeat orders, and help grow store revenue.
Qualifications and skills
Graduation with Minimum 1 Year of sales experience or store supervisor and maximum of 4 years.
Age Limit -28 Years
Salary Range - Maximum 3.5 LPA
Location- Mumbai,Bangalore ,Hyderabad,Chennai ,Pune major city areas
