We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to manage the company's accounting operations, taxation, statutory compliance, and financial reporting in a reputed manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including ledger maintenance, journal entries, and general accounting.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of GST, Income Tax, TDS, and other applicable statutory compliances.
- Prepare and reconcile Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).
- Handle GST returns, GST reconciliation, e-invoicing, and e-way bill compliance, as applicable.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, vendor payments, and customer outstanding balances.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports.
- Handle TDS calculations, deductions, payments, and return filing.
- Assist in finalization of accounts, audit preparation, and coordination with statutory auditors.
- Monitor cash flow, expenses, and financial transactions.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely compliance with applicable accounting standards and statutory requirements.




- Coordinate with internal departments, banks, auditors, and tax consultants.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification in Accounting or Finance.
- 4–5 years of relevant experience in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing industry.
- Strong practical knowledge of GST, taxation, BRS, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP / Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of inventory accounting, cost accounting, and manufacturing-related accounting processes will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, reconciliation, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet compliance deadlines.

Salary & Benefits

₹30,000–₹35,000 per month, depending on experience, skills, and suitability for the role.
