Key Responsibilities

- Common Area Upkeep: Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of stairwells, lobbies, corridors, elevators, parking lots, and walkways.
- Minor Repairs: Handle basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and lighting fixes (such as replacing bulbs or fixing leaky taps).
- Vendor & Contractor Coordination: Supervise external service providers, including gardeners, waste management teams, security staff, and repair technicians.
- Security & Access Control: Check common facilities, monitor security/alarm systems, and ensure main doors and gates are properly locked.
- Resident Support: Act as a point of contact for residents to address daily concerns and relay maintenance issues to the apartment association or manager.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain visitor or maintenance logs, record meter readings,

Requirements & Qualifications

- Technical Skills: Basic hands-on knowledge of plumbing,



electrical, and general handyman tasks.
- Communication Skills: Valuable interpersonal skills to interact politely with residents, committee members, and vendors.
- Reliability: Punctual, honest, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Language/Education: Local language proficiency (e.g., Malayalam in Kerala) and basic computer or smartphone literacy for managing digital community logs.
- Preferred Background: Previous experience in property/facility management or service personnel backgrounds (such as ex-service members) are often preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
