We are looking for an experienced Advocate with strong expertise in corporate laws, SEBI regulations, securities laws, and Income Tax matters. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience handling corporate legal affairs, regulatory compliance, tax-related proceedings, and providing strategic legal advice to management.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle corporate legal matters, agreements, contracts, and legal documentation.
- Manage SEBI-related compliance, regulatory matters, and securities law requirements.
- Handle Income Tax notices, assessments, appeals, litigation, and related proceedings.
- Ensure compliance with applicable corporate laws, rules, and regulations.
- Provide legal opinions and advisory support on corporate and commercial matters.
- Coordinate with external legal counsel, regulatory authorities, and relevant departments.
- Identify legal and regulatory risks and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Monitor changes in corporate, securities, and taxation laws and advise management accordingly.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Qualified Advocate with a valid law degree (LL.B.).




- Minimum 8 to 10 years of relevant skilled experience.
- Strong knowledge of corporate laws, SEBI regulations, securities laws, and Income Tax.
- Experience in legal drafting, litigation, regulatory compliance, and advisory.
- Excellent analytical, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently manage complex legal and regulatory matters.

Salary & Benefits

- Monthly salary: ₹1,50,000 – ₹2,00,000, depending on experience and suitability.
