Job Responsibilities:

- Manage and motivate a team of 5 sales executives.
- Monitor daily leads, follow-ups, and sales conversions.
- Train team members to improve sales performance.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain daily sales reports and coordinate with management.
- Handle customer queries and convert leads into bookings.

Candidate Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in travel sales, domestic holiday packages, or telesales.
- Team-handling experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Solid customer-handling and lead-conversion skills.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and good at team management.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
