Job Description

SPD Constructions Limited is looking for an experienced Engineer – Billing with expertise in construction billing, quantity surveying, BOQ preparation, subcontractor billing, and quantity reconciliation. Candidates must have relevant experience in high-rise building and industrial / Govt. construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare quantity take-off sheets based on construction drawings, site measurements, and actual work progress.
- Prepare and verify BOQs, running account (RA) bills, and final bills as per tender rates and contractual terms.
- Coordinate with site engineers to obtain, verify, and certify measurements of completed work.
- Prepare, scrutinize, and process subcontractor bills and contractor invoices.
- Verify vendor bills, quantities, rates, and supporting documents before bill certification.
- Check executed quantities against approved drawings, BOQs,



and project specifications.
- Prepare material consumption and quantity reconciliation statements.
- Coordinate with site teams, contractors, and the accounts department for bill processing and payment follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate billing records, measurement sheets, reconciliation statements, and supporting documents.
- Ensure compliance with company billing procedures, project specifications, and contractual requirements.
- Prepare billing reports and statements using MS Excel and MS Word.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in construction billing and quantity surveying.
- Mandatory experience in high-rise building and industrial construction projects.
- Robust knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity estimation, RA bills, final billing, subcontractor billing, and bill certification.
- Experience in measurement verification, vendor billing, and material reconciliation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Project.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and coordination skills.
- Willingness to work at project sites across India.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
