Job Description

We are urgently hiring a Supervisor for the IQC/PQC/FQC Department. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in quality inspection, measuring instruments, and quality control procedures.

Key Responsibilities

- Inspect incoming components and purchased parts as per inspection standards and engineering drawings.
- Verify dimensions, appearance, material specifications, and functional requirements using measuring instruments.
- Conduct sampling inspections as per applicable standards and customer-specific requirements.
- Identify and segregate non-conforming materials.
- Raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and coordinate corrective actions with suppliers and the purchasing department.
- Conduct root cause analysis for recurring supplier quality issues.
- Maintain inspection records and ensure proper traceability.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and inspection procedures.





Required Skills & Knowledge

- Hands-on experience with Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Dial Indicator, and Go/No-Go Gauges.
- Good understanding of ISO 9001 requirements.
- Knowledge of IQC, PQC, and FQC inspection processes.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Strong observation and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
