Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Proposal Manager (Sales) with 8–10+ years of experience in industrial fans, HVAC systems, air compressors, industrial coolers, chillers, or blowers. The candidate will be responsible for managing technical and commercial proposals, preparing cost estimates and quotations, coordinating with engineering teams, and supporting sales activities to secure recent business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare technical and commercial proposals for industrial fans, HVAC systems, air compressors, coolers, chillers, and blowers.
- Review customer enquiries, RFQs, tender documents, and technical specifications.




- Coordinate with engineering, design, production, procurement, and sales teams to develop accurate proposals.
- Prepare cost estimations, pricing calculations, quotations, and commercial offers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable industrial equipment solutions.
- Coordinate with customers to clarify technical requirements and commercial terms.
- Follow up on submitted quotations and proposals to convert enquiries into orders.
- Support sales negotiations, tender submissions, and order finalisation.
- Ensure timely submission of proposals in line with customer requirements.
- Maintain proposal records, costing databases, and sales documentation
