Pulse 360 Communications is hiring a Group Manager / Senior Manager / Lead for business development and media sales at the Mayur Vihar studio. The role drives revenue across out-of-home and digital out-of-home, transit media, corporate partnerships, and institutional alliances.

This is a hands-on commercial lead. You will sell media, hold key corporate accounts, and mentor the people around the pipeline. The studio sells measured campaigns, not a lone hoarding.

What you will do

- Drive advertising revenue across OOH, DOOH, transit media, and promotional campaign spaces
- Build and manage a pipeline of corporate clients, agencies, brand managers, and marketing heads
- Write custom media plans, commercial proposals, and strategy decks for high-value B2B deals
- Find and secure work with corporate firms, enterprise accounts, and institutional partners
- Build long-term relationships with decision-makers
- Negotiate commercial terms, service contracts, and vendor agreements
- Mentor and manage the team against performance targets
- Act as the link between clients and the operations, marketing, and finance teams
- Run pipeline reviews, performance checks, and planning sessions




- Oversee campaign execution, corporate activations, and promotional events
- Track competitors and bring back new market opportunities

What you bring

- A proven record in media sales, OOH, or corporate business development
- Experience handling corporate or enterprise accounts, including tech firms and corporate offices
- Leadership in administration, academics, or team management is a strong advantage
- B2B sales, key-account management, and media strategy
- Team management, mentorship, and operations
- Stakeholder and client relationship management
- Proposals, negotiation, and budget oversight
- Event coordination and project execution
- A master's degree, or an equivalent advanced degree, in science, management, design, or a related field
- Based in Delhi NCR and able to work from the Mayur Vihar studio

Pay: ₹794,000.00 - ₹1,070,000.00 per year
