Job Responsibilities:

- Manage healthcare and wellness service requests for premium clients.
- Coordinate with hospitals, clinics, wellness providers and internal teams.
- Handle client queries and provide timely updates.
- Build and maintain robust client relationships.
- Ensure timely and quality delivery of healthcare services.
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
- Manage multiple client requests and follow-ups.
- Maintain proper records and confidentiality.

Requirements:





- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong client relationship and coordination skills.
- Customer-focused and empathetic approach.
- Sales-oriented mindset with good follow-up skills.
- Basic CRM knowledge.
- Experience in Healthcare, Pharma, Wellness, Medical Services, Concierge or Relationship Management preferred.
