Title: AGM / DGM – Projects (Wind – ISTS), State Lead
Location: Gurugram head office (onsite), with travel to assigned projects in Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Karnataka or Andhra Pradesh
Experience: 15+ years wind project execution
Compensation: DGM up to ₹35 LPA fixed + variable
Role overview
Lead end-to-end construction and project management for ISTS-connected wind projects from NTP through construction, commissioning, COD and HOTO to O&M.;
Key responsibilities
- Own Master Project Schedule (Primavera P6 / MS Project) and NTP-to-COD delivery
- Drive site development, WTG erection, 33 kV collector network, eBOP / PSS / GSS and EHV evacuation
- Coordinate HO functions, OEMs, EPC, consultants, CTU/STU and offtaker interfaces
- Own project P&L;, cashflow, RA bills and claims; enforce QHSE / ESG
- Deliver mechanical completion, grid synchronisation, COD and complete HOTO documentation
Required
- B.E./B.Tech Electrical preferred (Mechanical/Civil with solid wind execution considered)
- 15+ years wind project execution in India; proven ISTS/CTU wind COD + HOTO
- Hands-on with WTG OEMs (Siemens Gamesa, Suzlon, GE, Inox, Envision etc.) and EHV grid interfaces
