Job Responsibilities

- Follow up and close leads generated by the company.
- Explain the benefits, cost savings, and features of rooftop solar systems to customers.
- Convince potential customers to adopt rooftop solar under the PM Surya Ghar: Muft Bijli Yojana.
- Assist customers with registration and application submission on the PM Surya Ghar portal.
- Collect all required customer documents for registration and installation.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers and convert leads into successful sales.
- Coordinate with the installation team and report customer issues, application problems, and other concerns to the manager.
- Maintain daily work reports and update lead status.

Eligibility Criteria

- Educational Qualification: ITI, Diploma, or Graduation in any relevant field.
- Good communication skills in the local language (Odia).
- Basic knowledge of smartphones,



computers, and online registration processes.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel locally and meet customers.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
