Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Export Documentation & Compliance Specialist to manage export documentation, ensure customs compliance, and coordinate the preparation of shipping documents for international shipments.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and verify export documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, shipping bills, and certificates of origin.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all export documentation.
- Maintain knowledge of Incoterms and apply the appropriate terms to export transactions.
- Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and relevant authorities.
- Ensure compliance with applicable customs regulations and export procedures.
- Coordinate with sales, logistics, accounts, and production teams for export order execution.
- Maintain organized records of export shipments and supporting documents.




- Track documentation deadlines and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Support audits and maintain compliance with applicable export policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, International Business, Logistics, or a related field.
- Previous experience in export documentation and customs procedures preferred.
- Good knowledge of Incoterms, shipping documentation, and export compliance.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and documentation systems.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Experience: 2–5 years in export documentation, shipping, or trade compliance.
