Work closely with the HR team to support recruitment, onboarding and day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate calls.
- Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and employee records.
- Assist with joining formalities, documentation and onboarding.
- Support employee engagement and daily HR coordination.

Who Can Apply

- Students or recent graduates in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
- Solid communication and organisational skills.
- Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
- Willingness to learn and work in a growing startup.
