We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Draughtsman to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate architectural drawings, developing detailed working drawings, and coordinating with the design team to ensure smooth project execution from concept development to construction.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.
- Develop detailed working drawings for residential and commercial projects.
- Prepare door and window schedules, staircase details, toilet details, and other construction drawings.
- Convert architectural concepts and sketches into accurate CAD drawings.
- Coordinate architectural drawings with structural and MEP consultants wherever required.
- Assist in preparing interior design drawings, furniture layouts, ceiling plans, electrical layouts, and joinery details.
- Revise drawings based on feedback from architects, clients, and consultants.
- Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, dimensions, and applicable building regulations.
- Maintain organized drawing files, revisions, and project documentation.
- Coordinate with the design team and site personnel to resolve drawing-related issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Diploma in Architectural Assistantship (D.Arch),



Civil Draftsmanship, or a relevant technical qualification.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.
- Good understanding of architectural drafting standards, construction details, and building materials.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural plans, sections, and elevations.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and dimensional coordination.
- Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, or other design software will be an advantage.
- Ability to manage deadlines and work collaboratively within a design team.

Experience

- Freshers with strong drafting skills may apply.
- Prior experience in an architecture or interior design firm will be an added advantage.
