Purchase / Sourcing Manager – Valves & Heavy Engineering

Experience: 15+ yrs in Purchase

Education: DME / B. Tech (Mechanical)

- Experience:
- Mid-to-senior level experience (typically 15+years) in procurement/purchase within valve manufacturing, heavy engineering, or oil & gas sectors.
- Hands-on exposure to sourcing castings, forgings, and machined valve parts (ball, gate, globe, check, or control valves)
- Technical Skills & Tools:
- Proficiency in ERP systems
- Strong working knowledge of reading mechanical engineering drawings, BOMs, and metallurgical/valve standards.
- Experience handling imports, Letter of Credit (LC), customs/shipping documentation, and statutory license
