Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Stock Market Team Leader with strong knowledge of the share market, equity trading, and capital markets. The ideal candidate should have proven team-handling skills and the ability to guide team members, monitor performance, and achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and motivate the stock market team to achieve business objectives.
- Possess a solid understanding of the Indian stock market, including NSE and BSE.
- Guide team members on equity trading, intraday trading, and Futures & Options (F&O;), as relevant to the role.
- Monitor team performance and ensure productivity and target achievement.
- Provide training, guidance, and support to team members.
- Maintain strong coordination and communication within the team.
- Ensure compliance with applicable company policies and market regulations.
- Prepare performance reports and provide regular updates to management.





Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of the share market and capital markets.
- Hands-on experience in stock market operations or equity trading.
- Proven team management and leadership skills.
- Understanding of NSE, BSE, equity markets, and preferably F&O.;
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Eligibility Criteria

- 2–5 years of relevant experience in the stock market or financial services industry.
- Prior team-handling or leadership experience is preferred.
- Experience with stockbroking firms, brokerage houses, or trading operations is an advantage.
