AI-Powered Lead Generation Executive

Job Description

We are looking for an AI-Powered Lead Generation Executive to research potential business clients, identify relevant decision-makers, and build accurate prospect databases using AI tools, online research platforms, business directories, and search engines.

The role focuses on AI-assisted prospect research, B2B lead generation, contact discovery, data verification, and identifying potential customers for our digital marketing, website development, and IT services.

Key responsibilities include:

- Research businesses based on industry, location, company size, business category, and target customer criteria
- Use AI tools, search engines, Google Maps, LinkedIn, business directories, company websites, and online research platforms to identify potential clients
- Find decision-makers such as Founders, CEOs, Business Owners, Directors, and Marketing Heads
- Use AI-assisted research and data enrichment tools to discover relevant companies, contacts, and potential business opportunities
- Identify businesses that may need digital marketing, SEO, Google Ads, website development, social media marketing, or other IT services
- Research company websites, online presence, business activities, and other available signals to assess potential service requirements
- Find and verify business email addresses, phone numbers, LinkedIn profiles, and company information using appropriate research tools
- Build, organize, segment, and maintain accurate B2B prospect databases
- Use AI tools to support research, organize information, improve data processing, and make lead-generation workflows more effective
- Review AI-generated research and verify important information to minimize inaccurate, irrelevant, or duplicate leads
- Maintain clean prospect records by removing duplicates, correcting errors, and updating outdated information
- Organize lead data in Excel, Google Sheets, CRM software, or other approved database tools
- Categorize prospects based on industry, location, decision-maker role,



potential requirements, and suitability for the target audience
- Support the sales and Business Development teams by providing relevant, verified, and well-organized prospect lists
- Maintain records of research activities, data sources, verification status, and lead-generation progress
- Work toward defined daily research targets, verified lead targets, and database quality standards

Experience

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Experience in lead generation, online research, B2B prospect research, data enrichment, or AI-assisted research is preferred. Candidates should be comfortable using online tools to find business information, verify contact details, and organize accurate prospect databases.

- Candidates with backgrounds in lead generation, data research, online research, sales research, or B2B database management will have an advantage

Candidates should have good online research skills, attention to detail, logical thinking, and a willingness to learn new AI tools. The ability to verify information, maintain data accuracy, and identify relevant business prospects is more important than simply collecting large volumes of leads.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
