Key responsibilities

· Study MEP tender / construction drawings, coordinated shop drawings, specifications and site conditions; raise RFIs for discrepancies before installation.

· Coordinate HVAC, ventilation, chilled-water / refrigerant piping where applicable, electrical power and lighting, earthing, plumbing, drainage, fire-fighting, fire alarm and ELV / data systems.

· Check builders-work requirements, sleeves, openings, supports, access panels, ceiling void clearances and equipment maintenance access before closure of walls and ceilings.

· Supervise subcontractors and technicians; verify manpower, tools, materials and daily work progress against the look-ahead plan.

· Inspect installation quality including containment, cabling, DBs, lighting, fixtures, piping, valves, insulation, ductwork, diffusers, drainage slopes and equipment supports as relevant to the project.

· Ensure materials and equipment match approved makes, technical submittals and project specifications; check delivery condition and report shortages or damage.





· Coordinate with civil and interior teams for ceiling coordination, partitions, floor boxes, access panels, joinery interfaces and concealed services.

· Maintain inspection requests, checklists, material inspection records, test reports, red-line drawings and daily progress updates.

· Assist with testing and commissioning, including electrical continuity / insulation tests, lighting checks, plumbing pressure tests, drainage tests, HVAC flushing / balancing and fire / ELV testing as applicable.

· Track snags and non-conformances, agree corrective actions with subcontractors and verify closure before handover.

· Follow electrical isolation, lockout / tagout where applicable, hot-work permits, work-at-height rules and secure handling practices.

· Support preparation of as-built drawings, equipment schedules, O&M; manuals, warranties and commissioning records.

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
