We provide recruitment and manpower services to multiple companies across India, managing hiring requirements for various positions and industries on a Pan India basis.

Job Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to candidates for recruitment and hiring purposes.
- Manage hiring requirements for multiple client companies across India.
- Understand job requirements, eligibility criteria, and candidate profiles.
- Source candidates through job portals, databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen candidates based on their qualifications, experience, skills, and job requirements.
- Explain job roles, salary packages, locations, and other relevant details to candidates.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and client companies.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules,



selection status, and joining updates.
- Maintain candidate databases, calling records, and recruitment reports.
- Manage the complete recruitment calling process from initial contact to interview coordination and joining follow-up.
- Ensure timely closure of hiring requirements as per client company requirements.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
