Title: Manager – Civil (Engineering & Design)

Location: Gurugram

Experience: Minimum 8 years in solar, wind or BESS project engineering and design

Compensation: Up to ₹25 LPA total CTC (incl. 8.33% variable)

Key responsibilities

- Pre-bid civil engineering, feasibility studies and preliminary designs

- Prepare BOQs, civil drawings and technical specifications

- Perform and review structural/civil design calculations and design packages

- Coordinate with project managers, contractors and vendors during construction and commissioning

- Support site visits,



issue resolution and compliance with codes and standards

Required

- Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or related

- 8+ years solar/wind/BESS civil design & engineering

- STAAD, AutoCAD (SolidWorks / PLS Tower a plus); IS codes
