WE’RE HIRING | SMO & SEO EXECUTIVE

Key Responsibilities:

SEO:

- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
- Perform keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Handle on-page and off-page SEO activities.
- Optimize website content, meta titles, descriptions, headings, URLs, and internal linking.
- Build and manage quality backlinks through ethical SEO practices.
- Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, and website performance.
- Identify SEO issues and coordinate with the development/content team for improvements.
- Prepare regular SEO performance reports using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console.

SMO:

- Develop and implement social media optimization strategies.
- Manage social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
- Plan and schedule engaging social media content.
- Research trending topics, hashtags, keywords, and competitor activities.
- Improve organic reach, engagement, followers,



and brand visibility.
- Monitor social media insights and prepare performance reports.
- Stay updated with social media trends, platform algorithms, and digital marketing best practices.

Requirements:

- 2–3 years of relevant experience in SEO and SMO.
- Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO fundamentals.
- Positive knowledge of keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and optimization techniques.
- Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
- Knowledge of current SEO and social media trends is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
