Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Lathe Machine Operator to operate conventional or CNC lathe machines for machining metal components as per engineering drawings and production requirements. The candidate should have knowledge of machine operations, measuring instruments, and quality inspection procedures.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate conventional or CNC lathe machines as per production requirements.
- Read and understand engineering drawings, dimensions, and tolerances.
- Perform turning, facing, boring, threading, drilling, and other machining operations.
- Set up the machine, workpiece, chuck, cutting tools, and fixtures.
- Measure components using vernier calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, and other measuring instruments.
- Maintain dimensional accuracy and ensure product quality.
- Monitor machine performance and report any abnormalities or breakdowns.
- Follow production targets, safety procedures, and quality standards.
- Perform routine machine cleaning, lubrication, and basic maintenance.
- Maintain proper records of production and inspection.
- Keep the work area clean and follow 5S practices.

1. कार्य का विवरण (Job Summary)





कंपनी में लेथ मशीन ऑपरेटर की आवश्यकता है, जिसे कन्वेंशनल या CNC लेथ मशीन चलाने का अनुभव हो। उम्मीदवार को इंजीनियरिंग ड्रॉइंग के अनुसार मेटल पार्ट्स की मशीनिंग करना, सही माप बनाए रखना तथा तैयार पार्ट्स की गुणवत्ता सुनिश्चित करना आना चाहिए।

2. मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ (Key Responsibilities)

- प्रोडक्शन की आवश्यकता के अनुसार कन्वेंशनल या CNC लेथ मशीन चलाना।
- इंजीनियरिंग ड्रॉइंग, डायमेंशन और टॉलरेंस को समझना।
- टर्निंग, फेसिंग, बोरिंग, थ्रेडिंग और ड्रिलिंग जैसे मशीनिंग कार्य करना।




- मशीन की सेटिंग करना तथा वर्कपीस, चक, कटिंग टूल और फिक्स्चर लगाना।
- वर्नियर कैलिपर, माइक्रोमीटर, बोर गेज आदि मापने वाले उपकरणों का उपयोग करना।
- तैयार पार्ट्स की माप और गुणवत्ता की जाँच करना।
- मशीन की कार्यक्षमता पर नजर रखना तथा खराबी होने पर सुपरवाइजर को सूचित करना।
- निर्धारित प्रोडक्शन टारगेट को समय पर पूरा करना।
- मशीन की नियमित सफाई, लुब्रिकेशन और बेसिक मेंटेनेंस करना।
- प्रोडक्शन और क्वालिटी इंस्पेक्शन का रिकॉर्ड बनाए रखना।
- कार्यस्थल को साफ-सुथरा रखना तथा 5S नियमों का पालन करना।
- सुरक्षा नियमों और आवश्यक PPE का उपयोग करना।

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
