Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.

Job Responsibilities
- Operate CNC turning machines to manufacture components according to production requirements.
- Read and understand engineering drawings and component specifications.
- Load and unload components safely and operate machines according to standard procedures.
- Monitor machining operations and ensure consistent production quality.
- Perform turning, facing, boring, grooving and threading operations as required.
- Inspect finished components using Vernier calipers, micrometers and other measuring instruments.
- Check component dimensions and maintain required tolerances.
- Inform the supervisor about dimensional deviations, tool wear or machine problems.
- Maintain production records and achieve assigned production targets.
- Follow safety procedures, machine operating instructions and 5S practices.
- Keep the machine and surrounding work area clean.
- Coordinate with the Production and Quality teams to maintain product quality.
Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on CNC turning machine experience.
- Basic knowledge of engineering drawings and dimensions.
- Knowledge of Vernier calipers and micrometers.
- Basic understanding of CNC controls such as FANUC is preferred.
- Ability to identify machining defects and report problems.
- Willingness to work in shifts and meet production targets.

- Expected salary: ₹17,000–₹22,000 per month for 1–2 years of experience.
