WE ARE HIRING | Stock Inventory Manager

Elements by Nath Furnishers Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and result-driven Stock Inventory Manager to join our team and oversee inventory operations, maintain accurate stock records, optimize inventory levels, and ensure smooth and efficient warehouse management.

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹28,000 per month
Experience: 5–10 Years
Joining: Immediate Joiner Preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily stock inventory, inward and outward stock movements.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment to avoid shortages or overstocking.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in Excel, ERP, or inventory management software.
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Coordinate with purchase, sales, warehouse, and accounts teams.
- Track damaged, expired, slow-moving, and obsolete stock.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and stock organization.
- Implement inventory control procedures to minimize stock losses and wastage.




- Supervise inventory staff and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Maintain proper documentation for stock receipts, transfers, returns, and dispatches.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- 5–10 years of relevant experience in stock management, inventory control, or warehouse operations.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and stock reconciliation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory/ERP software.
- Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage stock audits and maintain accurate documentation.
- Solid coordination and team management skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.

Candidate Preference

- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Candidates with hands-on experience in inventory management and stock auditing.
- Candidates who can independently manage end-to-end stock operations.

Compensation

₹20,000 – ₹28,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
